TrustMotoBD is an online platform that allows users to list and discover used motorcycles. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and do not own or inspect the vehicles listed.
3. Seller Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about your motorcycle.
- Upload genuine photographs that you own or have permission to use.
- Ensure you are legally entitled to sell the vehicle.
- Honour the price and terms described in your listing.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
- Inspect the motorcycle and verify all ownership documents before purchase.
- Conduct transactions safely and at your own discretion.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not post false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content, or list vehicles you do not have the right to sell.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrustMotoBD is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions, listings, or interactions between users.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
